NOTICE RE: CVC 2009

Venue: Acacia Ridge Hotel   (5th - 7th June) 
Team selections:
A Grade
Preselected & trials (Refer to Darren Gordon for details)            
 B Grade
2x Preselected + trials to decide remainder of team.
Due to the absence of division championships for B Grade last year.
B Grade captains will be consulted on deciding 2nd  preselected player.
Both A & B Trials will be held at Q masters on Sunday 10th May.

(NOTE TRIALS WILL START 9.30am SHARP!!!) Cost $10

NOTE :  All preselected & selected players will also pay a $10 fee upon selection
Darren Gordon will conduct & set format for trials.
C Grade & ladies
Teams will be selected on percentage & availability.
All currently registered players will be considered to achieve numbers.                                                                                                                   
Player contribution to cost:
Due to reduced membership this year the assocciation must reduce its contribution to player costs. Therefore players contribution is expected to be APPROX: $100 per player final amount will be announced after all expenses are finalized. 

Accommodation:
The bulk of our accommodation will be at Sunnybank Best Western motel & apartments approx 12 min drive from the venue.
